This reminds me of when I lived in London and went to get some photos developed from the Snappy Snaps near Baker Street. Alongside the 30 or so photos of mine I was expecting there were 10 random photos from the enclosure at Wimbledon. The photos featured the ex-Sports Minister and 606 host David Mellor, a lady who I presume is his wife and some bloke of South Asian origin. Slightly bizarre.

I was developing the photos to stick up in a montage on my bedroom wall, so for a couple of years I put Mellor in there in pride of place for no particular reason.

The new owners aren't buying the fans, they are buying a football club. 

The fans have done their bit but on today's performance unfortunately the players didn't present a viable proposition. 

There were a lot of meh performances. There's going to need a huge improvement in the squad to make us a viable purchase. 

There has to be assurances from EFL that transfer embargoes will be lifted or some buyers will not see the potential.
