There are no suitable sites to build a new stadium there lies the problem.

I saw some land near Shalesmoor that is empty, and buildings behind it and at both sides set for demolition.   I don't know if it's quite a big enough footprint, but it's approaching it.    Would need a road removing and several of the "for demolition" buildings gone mind.

I just think this subject is very divisive at a time when we are trying to come back together as a fanbase in a very difficult time.

Both sides give valid arguments but we can't keep going over and over it all the time. It's damaging.

When the time comes the new owner will decide based on their own long term business.

Any new ownership is going to have take decisions with regards to Hillsborough Stadium so exploring the prospect of a brand new stadium has to be factored into their thinking. I’ve always been of the opinion moving to a new stadium has always the most likely route.

Its a fair piece of land but there isnt a lot you could do to develop the area its surrounded now by most newish student accommodation and a main road on the other side

As much as I'd miss Hillsborough because of the great memories it's be a lot easier and better to build a new stadium and start new. 99% of the time the atmosphere is flat these days anyway and would be transferable to a new ground aslong as we don't do something stupid like installing a running track around the pitch

Mentioned this a while a go,I agree, ideal area, loads of old buildings plus the plot that has been derelict for years adjacent to Ellis St, ripe for development, close to Kelham Island and it would massively lift this area and  revitalise it.Use the old cementation  Furnace as a feature along with a football museum and some old historical bits of Hillsborough, clocks etc.The area around the end of Scotland st,Hoyle st,Meadow st,Ellis st,plus the old workshops and factories beyond, some of the old works could be saved and redeveloped, part of our history, could be a brilliant mix of new stadium, history, workshops, pubs etc, apartments flats, units.

Need something similar to Derby or Leicester grounds. Similar sized fan base, and it would be nice to play in a near full ground every home game. Plus some hot water in the bogs.

We’ve haven’t had any success for 30 years. Bring success, and we’re much more scalable than Derby and Leicester.

Am I the only person who doesn't care what temperature the water in the toilet is...?

As long as the water is flushable. All good imho.
