Admins dont decide anything. Just accept the highest bid for whom they believe will past the efl fit and proper test.

Many with "game changing wealth".

You've got to be confident they'll have a plan. (And admin wouldn't pick someone with no plan if there are proper players at the table).

And thats without even thinking about the low bar they'll be judged against. Not hard to do better than our last owner is it?

Admins have to follow the rules Could be damn expensive for them if they didn’t. We might not agree long term but it has to be better than what we have suffered for the last 10 years or so. 
 

An opportunity to build a club from top to bottom is at least a start and progress

as long as they are not of banned states eg russia or unlikely to pass for other  political reasons they simply accept the highest bid. If thats by 1p then so be it

I just want all 12 of them to club together and buy the club, if that doesn’t happen you can forget about the playoffs.

I don't think that's strictly true.

If somebody bids 100m with 20m upfront and then rest paid in 10m installments for every year we're in premier, that I would say wouldn't be better than 50m up front and 40m when we hit the Premier.

Terms of the deal will matter as well. Example above given to illustrate the point.
