There’s at least 6 that could play a part for us if they were fit.

Charles - imminent

Chalobah - back in training

Kobacki - had a setback

Brown - probably not back till mid-late December

Bernard - think he's back running but still ages off seeing him considering he's been out for a year, no pre season etc.

Weaver - out for the season

I have followed football for a long, long time yet it amazes me the amount of time that fit, young players take to get over injuries - now obviously I realize that if a player has a cartledge problem or similar they do take time to heal and then some extra time to get match fit, however, it does seem nowadays that every player that picks up an injury are out for weeks and weeks.
As the poster has enquired I too would welcome an update on our injured players as we will need as many fit players as possible over the next few weeks.

Im still convinced modern footballers are wrapped up in cotton wool to much, to much science involved, think they have become to fragile.

Or they're playing a lot more football at a much higher intensity...

..and this squad in particular are being pushed to their limits. I'm actually surprised we've not had more injuries.

To counter that, if youve followed football for a long long time you will also understand that some of the injuries that players recover from these days would have been career ending and life changing in the past.

Chalobah may be back soon, but only for about 20 minutes.

What's his record on pitch? Usually it's 1st or 2nd half only . God knows what his wages are too . He surely is done on football after this season .
