Ronnie Starling Posted October 20 Posted October 20 Its all for charity and they've all been training with professional coaches
SnowyOwl13 Posted October 20 Posted October 20 Lee Trundle was at this event and guy took the conditioning part seriously at least, he was ripped.
Singo35 Posted October 26 Posted October 26 Had a few months at a boxing gym until my rotator cuff called time on it. Talk about hard work. The skipping and the heavy bag would have me blowing out of my arse in relatively short time but all through it was "Keep your guard up no matter what" if I ever had a go at sparring. The footwork aspect of boxing is something that is way underestimated by those who don't know it.

My girl has only been training for a year, sparring for less than 3 months, but she knows how to defend herself. https://youtube.com/shorts/F2ob4gJjG4A?si=vTFGFCKmgiPfcrsw Hopefully another katie taylor, foot work is the key nycowl 1
