In the article it states it has no powers . Can't see despot is shaking with fear. 

The new IFR is on  Radio 5 around 8am. We've been mentioned frequently in the build up. Unfortunately, the clip played mentions he is hoping to get the powers to force owners to sell. 

When asked if the regulator could force an owner to sell a club if they are deemed unsuitable, Kogan said: "If your question is, 'would we intervene in the final instance?', the answer is once we gather the evidence and know what's going on, we will."

"But Kogan stressed that forcing owners to sell clubs would be treated as a "last resort" and the regulator would prefer to work with them."

Oh dear. He obviously knows nothing about Chansiri.

Are you interpreting the bit when Kogan says: "...in the last instance, we will." Willfully or just didn't read thoroughly.

I think that's just a shot across the bow of others. He's already fully versed in Chansiri by the look of it.

Just needs to follow process.

Well they haven't got powers if they havent got the staff in place yet. 

They absolutely have the legislative powers.
