Stoop Posted Tuesday at 17:40 Posted Tuesday at 17:40 The fact that Chansiri still isn’t in communication with any of staff about what’s going on is absolutely unbelievable. It tells you everything about the man’s character, he has no shame 2

Utah Owl Posted Tuesday at 22:46 Posted Tuesday at 22:46 Staff going on strike and getting a game or two abandoned would be hugely helpful to the IFR building their case against Chumpsiri. Bring it on. 2 1

Surely this can't go on for much longer. News is that Chansiri is ignoring calls and refusing any communication. It won't end well for him. What we up to now? 6 embargoes? Staff unionising, regulator sniffing about, protests on and off the pitch. Sell up. For fûcks sake. Do the right thing, pick up your phone and make a deal. I want to take my son to a game this season. Took him to watch us smash Plymouth last season and he absolutely loved it. He keeps wanting me to take him again and I absolutely will not until Chansiri has gone. My almost 14yr old son’s birthday is right around when we play the pigs… I really want to be able to take him. He understands and is on board with boycotting but it’s just really, really sad 1

fatzooma Posted yesterday at 09:29 Posted yesterday at 09:29 (edited) They need to ballot for strike action which is their democratic right. Chansiri can’t impose any anti -union legislation. Set up a strike fund and make sure everyone penny that would have been spent on match tickets, Bovril, pies and pints goes into the fund to make sure they are ok. Ill even dust off my guitar and do my best Billy Bragg Edited yesterday at 09:30 by fatzooma

Bassetts Allsorts Posted 22 hours ago Posted 22 hours ago It's interesting that this info seems to have come from the Union. My understanding is that some staff don't want to involve the Union in matters just yet. I think for all Chansiri's faults - and not paying them their full wages is obviously the biggest - he's done a lot of good things for the staff team to improve working conditions. People remember this, but the lack of communication and repeat offending is chipping away at his banked respect. 2
