Only one of my old Wednesday shirts I found at my dad's house recently

Gutted, I had all the tops from around 93 - 01 there. All gone 😪

Erm, it's mainly White with Black and Blue bits. Looks like a Polyester / Cotton mix.

Has a couple of picture thingies and makes him look like a 50's American Baseball Player.

Also, also, just seened it. Got a number 6 on it.

Do I win 😊

Does modern washing powder work better woth it on grass stains at 30⁰c, or should you play it safe with a boil wash?

Have the home shirt signed by the full squad + David Hirst. Somewhere. In a box.

Definitely different material to present day football shirts. Without being the pyjamas material of the Di Canio shirt.

Do you let him out to use the toilet and what not?

Not a chance it was a cotton mix.

I agree, the sponsor was always taken the Michael out of by opposition fans at the time, where as now looks pretty cool.

In fact if I could ever get my hands on one of these, or a DH Gate copy would be very happy

He's only let out when his son is due a new contract. Then he joins negotiations. Then he's back in the box.

Chupa Chups was a great sponsorship catch, world renowned company. The logo was created by Salvador Dali.

They helped Johan Cruyff stop smoking.

Loved the home kit.

Des looks like he's got a wobble on
