Think this one is obvious though. In many work place situations, if you've got the bosses back - no matter what - you're probably elevated above your natural level in job role and salary. There is a very good chance people lose that if there is change at the top, and may not get the same treatment at other companies. Seen it plenty of times in my own working career.
longreach Posted Tuesday at 08:24 Posted Tuesday at 08:24 I'm not surprised that there are management supporters of shitferbrains. It's a common thing in life and especially in commerce and industry. Looking back when I was working in industry, there was always a "snide" that went scuttling off to the managers tittle tattling.....Some just can't help it, they thing they are helping the boss when in-fact the boss is just using them. At some point, the tittle tattlers will be found out. 2 1

bdmfournil Posted Tuesday at 09:22 Posted Tuesday at 09:22 Trust balaclavas a great way to give pitch invaders anonymity 1
HendOwl Posted Tuesday at 09:33 Posted Tuesday at 09:33 Not everybody that works at the club are a Wednesday fan or even a football fan, and maybe, just maybe some need that job at any cost, possibly even to themselves long term.

If supporting him is doing the jobs they are contracted to perform then we are all guilty. That includes me. I said it yesterday, don't believe everything you hear. There are people playing silly games now. When it's getting to the point that I'm getting messages from friends saying ridiculous things and seeing people online talk utter dross about staff it really starts to get under my skin. There's enough on our plates at the moment without having fans turn on any of us. I don't want to get involved in the idle gossip and I don't come on here to argue with people but where are these members of staff that are going to blame the trust for not being paid on time? Where are the Employees who were going to ask fans not to boycott? 4 2 2

They won't budge Speaking as someone who’s brother changed his wedding day because I wouldn’t be available due to Wednesday being at home. I will definitely not be renewing after 48 consecutive seasons if Chansiri’s still here. 4

Still plan holidays around games but I'm not renewing. Obviously, some will, but I think a large majority wont. 2

Two fans with a century of combined support willing to walk away for the good of our club. Hats off to you. I hope everyone has your resolve when push comes to shove, because even as a boycotting fan who previously relied on matchday tickets and ifollow, it's bloody hard suddenly feeling so disconnected from the club we love. 1 3
Singing The Blues Posted Tuesday at 11:03 Posted Tuesday at 11:03 If there are any people that still support DC or people that still don't understand the need for protest/boycott etc you have to keep plugging away and hopefully it sinks in, vilifying people for their choices to carry on supporting DC in handing over cash to him over the turnstiles or kiosk etc just won't work in converting them. My father is in his 80s, been going since 1950s, I've had a season ticket for 37 years. He has gone from going to the Leeds game to "support the lads" as he has for the last 70 years to asking what pub we're watching the Boro game in and not renewing until DC has gone...its taken a while but we're there! 4 1
gtownowl Posted Tuesday at 11:15 Posted Tuesday at 11:15 The fact both anonymous callers were able to articulate their sheer frustration and emotions in a very calm way was excellent IMO. They both represented the feelings of thousands of us and whilst it's a shame more folk did not join them on the pitch, I am pleased they faced no repurcussions and that (some) stewards, players and fellow fans were supportive of their actions.
Ian_D Posted Tuesday at 11:24 Posted Tuesday at 11:24 Shirley a new owner would offer a deal like the early bird tickets for those that did not succumb to Chanser's offerings when they appear. 1 1
