I can’t quite remember how the tune went, but I think it’s tune sounded like along a Um Pa Pa Um pa pa type tune. 

To think, they were tough miners that worked half a mile underground, in dirty dangerous conditions.

Sounds pretty good inside their ground as well. Some great You Tube clips. One with an old lady who is almost blind and always wanted to get back to the ground, in her 90s.

We replaced vangelis with the theme music from the US boxing soap, The Contender.

march of the gladiators would be a a good un the way we're playing at home .

I really like this Mike Oldfield one when we play at Portsmouth, amuses me and feels appropriate for a team on the coast.

I'm not sure on the worst but I've always really disliked ours.

Is it just my poor memory, or did we not sing 'Hi Ho Sheffield Wednesday' back in the 90s?

My only memory from that era (when I was a kid) is Tina Turner's 'Simply The Best' blaring out before kickoff.

watford's is pretty turd. Get why they've gone Elton john, but terrible choice of song. 

As for us, id like to lean a little more on the side of sheffield. Arctic monkeys brianstorm or I bet you look good on the dance floor for example. Suspect our older fanbase would moan at a change though.

I liked that one we used to play a few years back but I’ve no idea what it was called. It was similar to the gladiator tune, lots of humming that built up to a big instrumental 

Darth Vader's theme would fit the evil barstewards!

Vangelis- Conquest of paradise was epic, you just knew the Wednesday match was minutes away and it helped build the excitement up.
