Made no difference. Would have counted if Wright hadn't touched it. Only changed being 0-2 to 0-3. Getting hammered anyway. Bigger people to boo / protest

Pathetic from the officials. You can say made no difference 0-2/0-3 but who knows. The referee had a shocker at the lane Tuesday and he could see it was offside without the benefit of the linesperson. As for the Linesperson stood directly in line, was he blind or just bent?

Should both be stood down from games.

Trying my best to find something to justify it…. Could there be a possibility that the linesman doesn’t think he played the ball forward and it was a sideways pass?

This is just a thread to laugh at the linesman really

Doesn't matter, even if it went sideways (or even backwards) it's still offside.

Fair enough, it was a poor decision but I get why it was given

I am glad you get why it was given because I can't see one reason why it would be given!

Fair. I was just clutching at straws trying to find a reason behind the awful decision

Linesman gave up on it. Was basically in the net and would have been a legal goal if Wright hadn't tapped it. I was just meh about it.
