People go way over the top when discussing those buying a pie or pint - there are only a few kiosks open and a few are buying things - not loads .. let’s not waste time moaning about a few hundred pints and pies.

400 pints at a £5 = 2k

400 pies at £4 = £1600

£3600

that’s probably a couple of days wages for say max lowe .

again I don’t buy things in the ground but being fair and realistic it’s not a major problem , get it’s more the concept than anything

Flip side to that is if no does buy those pints and pies that have say cost him say £1800 to bring in working on 50% profit so rather than a £1800 profit he's a loss of £1800 and it's more money he has to find and another company that he owes.

Maybe we should 'plan' a pitch invasion every home game.

Will cost the Clownsiri thousands every time.

You don't  need to invade the pitch, just say you are going to.

Have 30 people gather near the front of the stand as if they are going to go on the pitch. Then go back to their seats. Next do the same in another area. Keep that up for a bit and you will drive the police and stewards mad.

Save actual invasions for when it will make the biggest visual impact.

You can also deduct the costs of buying the products and paying the staff / agencies. From what I’ve seen on the Kop there is a massive decrease in spending.
