Agree...let's focus on what we can do...the IFR is just an added pain in the neck for DC. 

People need to get a whole lot more angry than they appear to be!!!! 

'But I have to go to the home games'

'I have to take my Children' 

"I always buy my grandchildren the new kits'

The way some fans are going I believe he'll be here in 3 years and we'll be starring at non league football. Imagine that, Sheffield Wednesday getting beat at home by Solihull Moors/Woking/Northwich Victoria.

Agree, they'll be lots of tough talking but little action. Sure they would have to go through years of court battles to force any owners out.

Might be able to stop new owners buying clubs if they are unhappy with funding streams etc.

My reading is the club would be put in the hand of an administrator but if you get a load of legal challenges etc. 

You have to hope the IFR can do what it sets out to do. I've seen some people suggest we are actually a nightmare case for them to start off with. Can kind of see the logic, as we are an extreme example of bad ownership.

It will be the Regulator who will get him removed if they can dig up enough financial irregularities on Chansiri. 

I'm guessing that the people telling the chairman that he can fight the regulator are being paid for this advice and may even be the ones that represent him in the future? Call me a cynic, but if that's the case, they would seem to have a vested interest in persuading him of that, whatever the truth. And it would hardly be the first time someone suggested that he'd been rinsed by a close associate.

There's no precedent, the chancer will have loads of whataboutary to argue about.

That's why they won't do him for historical stuff / retrospectively punished ....assuming nothing illegal went off.

I reckon they'll issue warnings, it could drag on for months and months.

They could take him on early and try and establish a legal precedent. I don't think they will.

My hope is that the IFR access him over the last X amount of years - there’s a whole timeline of disgrace … the most recent months are just where it’s come to a head 

The IFR have a lot of problems to fix, sustainability of clubs is the main one, but there’s hundreds of other things, like supports coming last in club’s priorities
