DC can find money when he wants

He's clearly going to pay stadium staff including stewards as without them, we can't play games. He'd then get a bigger fine i'm sure.

Also,  some of the stewards are provided by organisations who are probably paid at the end of the month.

bit like having a mortgage and not paying but saying look at my bank I’ve got the money to pay I’m choosing not to … the mortgage company will just take it off you . The regulator will hopefully have some similar powers

The regulator is going to have to come screaming out of the gate bringing all its power to bear or it’s dead in the water before it starts. 

I'm certain the IFR will be useful bit I don't think they'll have the immediate powers to force a dissolution of DCs shares as we all hope. It will be a long drawn out process a) of trying to communicate with a man who is in hiding in Thailand and b) gathering historic, current and future evidence of which there is and will be mountains. It will take time, patience and persistence. The Trust and fans need to have a much longer term view and plan, than January 2026 IMO.

Spot on he will drag it out as long as he can. Lets not  forget the Regulator is a new post and will be subject to legal challenge after legal challenge if any decision doesn't go Chansiri way. It could indeed drag out for years. Our legal system is not known for its speedy decisions and normally goes at a snails pace. Some people seem to have the impression the Regulator will tell Chansiri to sell up and he will meekly comply. I foresee injunctions flying about all over the place.

Umm Government backed regulator on one side v Dephon and his dodgy lawyers from Thailand on the other that he's probably gonna struggle to pay . Only one outcome for me , bye Dephon see ya !

Not saying they wont do anything just concerned about the length of time it will take.

Majority of stewards are brought in via an outsourced provider. Will DC be able to pay the stewarding invoice at the end of this month?

Eventually will he lose, we hope, but it’s gonna be a long drawn out process.

He certainly doesn’t seem worried about the IFR.

What a clown he is ... for me ... we can setup a new club and let him lose everything the way he is behaving he deserves to loose it all !!
