I thought they got the protest just about bang on. My brother in law is an avid Coventry City fan & he was at the game & said that he thought that our protest was excellent & has full sympathy for our cause, having endured troubled times with his own club, in the past. He also tried to buy me a black & gold scarf upon leaving the ground, but they had all sold out! Won't be easy, but we have to keep our protests going, until something changes. Full credit to all the unpaid staff & players & to those who were so brave in going onto the pitch on Saturday. You are ALL heroes to me WAWAW UTO 2 1 2
Lincs Owl Posted Monday at 11:51 Posted Monday at 11:51 Running on the pitch with a Chansiri Out flag won't hit the headlines. Just needs one person with a 'I support Palestine Action' banner and you're guaranteed to get dozens of police rushing in. Maybe even a police helicopter landing on the pitch. Loads of free publicity. 4

Things are starting to intensify and make it harder DC to cling on. NOBODY buy tickets regardless of price! The players are really trying, but the football they are providing is poor, Defeat after defeat will follow. The prices For tickets are high but the price of keep buying them is even higher, be warned. 2 3

I said to Barry Bannan take the players off ( to try to get the game abandoned) he said they just wanted to play the game and Liam Palmer said the same. My mate who ran on first was ejected along with a few others ,we were just ushered back into the North Stand. I will never forget the support from the North Stand , it was quite emotional as we had expected to get boos from most fans, so really grateful for that.Just hope it makes a difference in the right way. It has brought attention to our cause and thanks to the Trust for all their incerdible work. That went well.

The players are obviously going to say that they just want to play the game, to protect their own backs. The minute they start supporting the protests will be the minute they start to get hefty legal bills. I expect that privately they are pleased with the Trust's work and all want the same thing, Chansiri Out. 1

He runs across waving his arms and your own fans on here say he said get off the pitch. If im not mistaken, the fan who Bannan spoke to posted on here he was the fan that Bannan spoke to and that indeed was what he said. 1 1

kirksandallowl Posted Monday at 15:46 Posted Monday at 15:46 Is anyone surprised the club haven't made some sort of statement?

owlthorpe Posted Monday at 15:54 Posted Monday at 15:54 Barry Bannan and Liam Palmer said to the first 2 fans, 'we just want to play' that was it.
