Paulb Posted Saturday at 09:51 Author Posted Saturday at 09:51 Hi, just done another check on ticket sales. Overnight and so far this morning another 237 tickets sold, bringing total to 953. This breaks down as South 79 North 70 Kop 88 At maximum cost this gives additional revenue of £9672 Can we please stop funding the idiot in charge, at an average maximum price of £41 our ticket sales generate £39000. Plus away support at approximately £80000, he’s gained another £120000. We can’t persuade away fans to stay away but our fans can and we really must! the revenue from games is purely down to ticket and merchandise sales as the money from purchased season tickets has already gone. The smaller the on the day sales are the greater the impact. What would be a real indicator of discontent would be if we could all boycott a match, I include myself here as I have a multi year season ticket and I’m now staying away which is a real pain because I missed the whole of last season following a heart attack. But removing the idiot is essential and small contributions add up to a greater whole. 1 2

I fear 951 out of the 953 who bought tickets will not know what Owlstalk is,and not fully understand the feeling of fans who are staying away. 2
Worthing_owl Posted Saturday at 15:04 Posted Saturday at 15:04 I think I saw all the POTG buyers, they were the grim faced lot still in their seats at the end getting maximum enjoyment for their money. Money well spent eh! Fancy watching the next drubbing then the one after that etc.
