How long before the players finally just have enough and refuse to play.

-15 would knock what stuffing is left out of us. 

You are basically rigging the league if any club gets points deducted, by the amount being mooted here.

So no - it’s not ‘illegal’ 

But he did withhold and didnt pay them so surely it was illegal at the time. Thats like saying i'm not speeding now officer but i was last week so everything is ok.

Not paying wages or paying them late is not illegal as it is not a crime.  It’s a breach of contract.

Paying wages late is a breach of contract yes...  therefore also illegal.

Employment rights act 1996 my friend. 

Lets not pretend they're coming to the rescue.

Will take months for them to take on the case and years for a resolution.

The EFL have taken 3 months already and still no deduction or resolution.

This isn't even a punishment if they apply it this season. We never had hope of staying up. If anything it's a blessing to get it out of the way.

If they were to apply it next year when hopefully the regulator has got Chansiri out, it'd be a nightmare. Hopefully as this might be.
