So impressive again today - got a knock - some player he is promising to be. A shining light in the situation.

Watching him today, I thought to myself that’s the new John Stones !!

Reyt player.

As much as it pays me to say this, our current situation has forced us to unearth some effing reyt gems.

Hope Weaver can start at Brum?

The "thought" of Otegbayo

re-appearing scares me big time sorry.

Weaver is a young, breath of fresh air who us so much better than Otegbayo.

Sorry.

Please don't apologise for these unholy thoughts/remark!

And please don't apologise twice!

If he carries on performing like this he’ll be gone in January.

Chansiri will be desperate for funds by then to try and get him to the end of the season.

Channers won't be here by Jan

And our academy “isn’t fit for purpose”

George Hirst, Ernie Weaver, Pierce Charles, Bailey Cadamateri, Caelan Cadamateri, Sutura Kakay, George Brown, Joe Wildsmith. Even Liam Palmer one of our all time record appearance holders

Our academy does need some work, well the whole club does but it’s not the players that’s the problem it’s the club and how we use them. This whole sorry mess has forced our hand but we should be bloodying youngsters anyway !

Regarding weaver - looks a real talent - being level headed we need to give him 10-20 games to bed in but early signs are very positive. Looks solid / strong / old school with his defensive antics but decent pace and comfortable on the ball .

bigger tests will come however very very impressive

If we can hold on to him he could be a player to build our defence around.

I've  not really seen him play because I'm not giving DC any more money, but going by highlights and reports from people who have seen him play, all seem to agree he is a semi polished diamond.

It's keeping hold of him that is the issue.

Chancer  will cash him in the 1st chance he gets for a few peanuts

He played really well last night. He is improving as season progresses. Certainly worth a place in team and dovetails well with other defenders. Its noticeable how several players have improved over first few weeks of season in particular defensively we are much better. Suggests some decent coaching work has been done.
