You can see why Man U got him in.

I expect they'll be having quiet conversations about not breaking him.

But the lad looks robust.

I imagine they will be very pleased with us that we are giving plenty of first team experience to a young prospect in very challenging circumstances. He will grow a lot this season for sure.

Quality player, will be gone in jan

Not if he is playing week in week out and enjoying it ... with our supporters away he will want to stay ..

Just remember .. never fall in love with a loan player 😉

I was thinking that too. Someone else will offer to pay his digs and we can't compete.

There were plenty of other clubs in for him, including Ipswich, and he chose to come here, so unless something goes seriously wrong, he'll be here for the season.

If Man U want him somewhere else for financial reasons he will do as he's told. Same with Shay Charles last Christmas. He wanted to stay but his club wanted to make a point to DC so they called him back, We know they extracted a fee out of DC, I'm not sure how much it was but £350k seems to ring a bell. It was only disclosed because DC still ower it when the  EFL started handling his spending money for him.

I seriously hope we can keep him, the lad is going to be a cracking player from what we can see so far.

When I watched the game I thought he was just decent

Only when watching the highlights I realised I totally missed some of his quality

Great game, I’m sure there will be some inconsistency as he gets used to first team football but if we can get more performances like that out of him will be a fantastic addition (especially when you consider it was kobacki getting rinsed in that position before him 😬)
