With many boycotting the home games, is it more difficult than ever to get away tickets? Don’t get to many games but really want to go against bristol city (January I think)

I wouldn't say so mate. I only have 560 points and could have got tickets for Leicester, Bolton, and Portsmouth. I can't see us selling Bristol out a few weeks after Christmas. It is a decent trek and a lot of people will need to save cash. I went a couple of years ago and I think we only sold about 2000.

Cheers, and good point regarding the timing of it. Bristol is a superb city and I intend to make a weekend of it, but who knows will we even have a club by then

Leicester was the first away game so as expected there's a high demand.

Wrexham tickets went very quickly, but it was a small allocation and we haven't played them for years.

Pompey tickets were still on sale on Saturday, might have sold out now by the looks of it?

I imagine the next game to be a free-for-all will probably be Southampton away in November.

Still 157 Portsmouth tickets available on general sale - for all those who cry about away games being a closed shop when they want a ticket for the pigs away.

Got to agree, if you want to build up your points these are the opportunities. Probably more chance this season with how things look like they are going.

I still think a percentage of away tickets should be held for a ballot, as other clubs do,  so it's not the same old 2,000 (approx.) going to every away game.

Being the resident ticket expert on here Al, at what stage can they sell out for Birmingham do you think? You never seem to be far off the mark with your away ticket knowledge

You should speak to my wife, she's an expert on far more subjects than I am!  Midweek games are usually harder to predict, 2k is a decent allocation when we're struggling but I think the result on Saturday will add a few.  I reckon we'll just about sell out but not too quickly, I'd guess at it making at least the fourth or fifth phase, maybe even a bit further, but I wouldn't stake cash (or my apparent ticket guru status!) on it.

I'd probably have gone if it was this week when I'm on leave but I won't be able to make it next week, so if anybody wants two tickets (in the fourth phase tomorrow afternoon) let me know, tickets are digital for this one.

I once went to Bristol city away on a sunny afternoon and got so drunk my step brother and I were given a caution for wrestling in nothing but our pants in the middle of a high street having stopped traffic for 5 minutes. Reyt away day.

I think the tickets are set so that they will always reach the 3rd window of sales and then have a chance of selling out in the 4th and beyond.
