Honestly the most tedious fanbase in football. They will never be happy.

Newcastle fans hands down.

Very amusing seeing Sunderland above them after years of crowing and thinking they had hit the jackpot with these new owners.

Jermaine Pennant on Talk sport just now..

"Liverpool aren't in a crisis, Sheffield Wednesday are in crisis..."

At least it's proof some of the media have their heads screwed on properly...

And yet I'm walking on clouds whilst the Liverpool fan at work seems to think the world is ending.

It's a funny old world, eh?

Crazy isn't it..

We're like a hospital patient who's just been told the cancer has gone and fully in remission whereas they're a city trader being told the annual bonus will only be £100k instead of £250k....

Article regarding the situation at Wolves:

https://www.bbc.co.uk/sport/football/articles/crmx043dz1yo

Interesting quotes about sustainability and the potential for admin if they are unable to do this.

Problem is, Wolves have been circling the drain now for a few seasons, and there is a very high chance they will drop this season. They then suffer a significant income drop, albeit they will receive parachute payments.

I would assume that the elite clubs are able to be self sustainable, but I can't imagine anyone outside of that is?

As amusing as their recent form has been, I can't remember them ever getting a proper spanking at home let alone against a side near the bottom, so this is extra sweet.

Commentator on whichever overseas stream I'm watching is digging out the "missing their mate Jota" excuse.  Despite it not seeming to affect them in Champions League games, or in the PL games that they won.
