bigash_swfc Posted September 30 Posted September 30 Remember when we had too many attacking options, That's what Liverpool are going to have to figure out on a greater scale with Wirtz, Salah, Ekitike, Isak, Gakpo etc... Make it click and stick with it.
NYCOWL Posted Saturday at 16:11 Posted Saturday at 16:11 I had half an eye on the Arsenal game. It was like watching an FA cup game against division 3 opponents. Arsenal looked really good and it was also kind of boring
Justbeanz Posted Saturday at 18:25 Posted Saturday at 18:25 Scousers done again in added time. Brilliant.
Night King Posted Saturday at 18:27 Posted Saturday at 18:27 Proper enjoyed that game. Best game I’ve seen this season.
scram Posted Saturday at 19:44 Posted Saturday at 19:44 I said Liverpool were out of sorts - and they need to find their rhythm with their new players But bloody hell they were atrocious And it's not a one-off - they've lost 3 have this week and they'd be expecting to win at least of of those 3 and draw the other- at worst! Arsenal look the most complete team by a distance this season Hope city can get it together to at lest offer a challenge
Skyline Posted Saturday at 21:09 Posted Saturday at 21:09 I wonder if the Isak signing was the wrong one for Liverpool. He's a fantastic signing but did they need him? So far Ekitike has looked more than good enough. It's a long season but they are going to have to choose between the two of them unless they try shoehorn one out wide. Chelsea were brilliant today though. Really impressed with them
DCFCOwls Posted Saturday at 21:50 Posted Saturday at 21:50 Hopefully Forest get trounced tomorrow, but you see it a lot when one team is getting pelters and a manager is under intense pressure , they find a performance
beswetherick Posted Sunday at 10:55 Posted Sunday at 10:55 Still early days but hopefully this week’s results suggest there’ll be a proper title race in the PL this season, last year was very dull 1
DCFCOwls Posted Sunday at 14:20 Posted Sunday at 14:20 Forest haven't been that bad today to be fair, he's definitely tried to set them up to be tight and solid. Undone by a silly mistake though.
Stoop Posted Sunday at 14:47 Posted Sunday at 14:47 (edited) Ange always wins a trophy in his second season Championship title 26/27? Edited Sunday at 14:48 by Stoop
scram Posted Monday at 11:21 Posted Monday at 11:21 I liked the look of City in the first half - something back to their best But 2nd half they were awful Losing Rodri didn't help but there are signs they are getting it together but still a work in progress

Brilliant player, and does so much "unseen" work. No coincidence that their season went to pot last year when he got injured, they're so much more solid when he's there, they'll be up there challenging this season if he stays fit. 2
