I think he's a decent player but he's never been fully fit and had a run in the side. He needs a preseason and a few games to get himself up to full match fitness and integrated into the defence. That doesn't come instantly, until it does he's an accident waiting to happen.

Stick with the existing defensive players unless they get injured

We shouldn’t rush him back. Pulis did that with him in December, and surprise surprise look what happened..

I'm with you. I think he's a good player based on what I saw before his injury at Wigan. Ease him in as back up for the current back three. There's bound to be injuries and hopefully him and Hutch  can cover between them.

After a full pre-season hopefully he'll be a key player next season.

He looked pretty good in his first couple of games, but then went gammy, I got the impression he was trying too hard because we were so crap.

But I wouldn't right him of yet until what prowl says ^^^^

Borner and Lees play well together. Leave them alone. Urhoghide has been good too. Leave him alone as well!

Dunkley being back is good if we need to cover for an injury or suspension. Other than that can we not fánny around with the defence please?!?

we have Iorfa to come back next season too. However,  he's too good for the third division so will probably be snapped up.

I reckon most might wait until Iorfa has recovered and proved his fitness before trying to sign him. He isn't likely to return this season so it would be a gamble to take him this summer. We may well hold onto him until at least January.

I mean who would be daft enough to sign a player that hadn't yet recovered from serious injury..........

At the moment, I hope we’re not forced through injuries to play him again this season.

Defence have managed reasonably well without him last few games

Darren Moore says Dunkley is the most likely to feature in the run in

Chey Dunkley is probably the most likely to get back in and around it. If he can keep on developing in the next two or three weeks, then he could be back with the group before the end of the season.

Just when you thought things couldn't get any worse.

Awful player.

Is he this bad? Not seen the games he's played but heard some decent reviews early on so surprised to hear the above view.

No.

Likely overused too quickly after his long lay-off with a very serious injury. Coming into a side that was all at sea probably didn't help either.

Before his injury he was a good centre half with a commanding physical presence.
