intercity owl to burnley

I'm a newbie when it comes to the intercity owl - I usually get the train to away games but with the line being shut me and my mate have opted for the coach. I have ordered two tickets from flat street but could anyone answer me these two questions: 1) where do I collect them - I'm already going to the megastore to collect the match tickets themselves as it seems I am too late to get them delivered, can I get the coach tickets there too and 2) do you just get it from that street on the edge of the bus station? apparently not - couldn't fill in the delivery details in the booking process, could only click collect. Found that a bit strange myself.

The line is open....it's not a difficult journey via Manchester and you can have a reyt swallie in Manchester.
