  1. The best thing all Sheffield residents can do with the council, is to ask their local councillor what steps the council is taking to support it's local football team supporters in attending the game. With a specific emphasis on ensuring sufficient parking exists to accommodate such & minimise the impact on residents not attending the football. How are they liaising with SYP to ensure that traffic is managed effectively on matchdays (AKA what are SWFC paying SYP for on matchdays and does that include traffic management before and after games). Instead of SCC using parking tickets as an enforcement option, why are they not liaising with the club to find and provision sufficient parking for 20,000+ attendees? I should add that this is relevant to both us and SUFC
  2. I wonder if there will be a covid outbreak at dcfc all of a sudden about 12.00 tomorrow
  3. After many years of trying, we have finally managed to bag some seats in the North on the half way line. Moved from block P to pretty much halfway. It took an hour and 15 minutes to get through to the ticket office, but once in the staff were brilliant at sorting this in just a few minutes. So a massive thankyou to Catherine in the ticket office today. It also sounds like a lot of fans are having a go at the staff in there. Well lets all remember they are fans too, and they are just doing their job. So be nice and be kind to them. If they can't process your refund, or give you the response you want, remember it's not their fault is it.
  4. same here too - cant even reset my password!
  5. never been a ... left back right back midfielder winger striker
  6. times up - looks like it didn;t make it
  7. Hutch by a country mile. Karl Darlow a close second - kept them in the game with 3 or 4 world class saves. Seemed to me we cloned hutch and played 23a, 23b, 23c across the middle - he really did cover every blade of grass. I worry who will come in for him in January
  8. overall i thought he was very inconsistent. As others have said, plenty of niggly fouls not booked in first 15 minutes, then he books others for fouls of same ilk. The Tom Lees one was a joke, Lees pulled the players shirt once, then the villa player had hold of Lees shirt for a good 5 seconds. Thought he played up to the cameras TBH. Made himself look an arse IMO
  9. There are a number of points here There were more (10 to 8) BCFC players involved in this than SWFC players, so how were we considered to have lost more control? Morrison and Gleeson ran in from a ways away which indicates they had lost control as all 8 of ours were already in the vicinity of the incident I thought the rules were that if the ref dealt with the incident on the field that was the end of it? Hence Vaughan can't be "tried" again, but if they can add additional punishments then surely Vaughan should be considered for both a two footed tackle, off the floor and a tackle from behind. All of which are a red card offence. Seems to me that someone at the FA needs their Christmas fund topping up! Anyway - Mind the Gap BCFC & thanks for the 3 points
  10. Take Judge out of their team and they are relegated
  11. just behind me on Kop Stop flipping about with it and gerrit forward - yada yada yada 2 seconds later Joao is smacking it in the net. We have the most fickle fans on occasion!! Today we played with our Heads and worked brentford into the floor, without them ever really troubling us. The main problem was we were 3-0 up at half time and our deluded idiots think we should have won 12-0
  12. that would have to be one each - can't see Andy sharing can you?
  13. For me that was his best game ever at hillsborough, shame i had to watch all the others. Fair play to Madine, he got a lucky goal, didn't celebrate (which incidentally i don't agree with this), AND he put his hand in his pocket to donate £250 this week to Hayleys fund.
  14. how did whitehead and carayol stay on the pitch. whitehead had at leat 4 bookable and half a dozen warnings. carayol committed 2 absolute stonewall bookings. ref was a complete keystone cop.
  15. The last time I saw a wednesday player pinging passes and doing tricks like Bannan does - it was a certain Mr C. Waddle. He was outstanding tonight. Yes I do think he is that good. extra 3yrs on his contract please.
  16. well i pulled my calf - never bounced as much - ever
  17. for me it should be forestieri and hooper on saturday - Joao should be on a beach somewhere having a rest (and some dental treatment)
  18. we should bust our gonads to sign him permanent - he has been the class left back we have been looking for for years
  19. bloke next to me on Kop had 3-1 Wednesday - he was pooing conkers
  20. Wenger got Joel Cambell tho yeah right - I know
  21. nope - just seen nixons tweet though. So i reckon he will be worth £15m How long did we sign him for?
  22. This lad is getting better with every game - he seems to be learning the english way so quickly. I would wager that he will be worth £10m by the end of this season.
  23. lets not forget Milans steadying hand at the helm of HMS SWFC - he then handed over to someone prepared to go to the next level of investment. Mr C must be well chuffed, when we get to the EPL, tonight will be the norm!
  24. its a tough one to call today - the whole team were out - fookin - standing I think Kieran Lee for me - he is doing all the basic things right which lets the likes of bannan and wallace do the glory stuff. The worst player on the park for us was Wildsmith. He only made one save
