    All I know is he was given a 10am deadline to sign or was he faced with a court summons and could have been liable to pay the short term debt of £10m himself. no idea who set the deadline- could have been his solicitor. The solicitor declared the club insolvent and had certain responsibilities to protect himself after that.

    Previous info is all I know mate- safe to assume he didn’t pay what was due on the ground and the lender can take control of it now- but would need this confirming somewhere. The short term debt is around £10m apparently- rough calculations would suggest this is HMRC, ground payment and wages?
