Balancing the books won’t be enough to save Chansiri from being thrown out. Waiting for the IFR could put us in a better position regards new owners, since they will prioritize quality of ownership over the amount of money they are going to pay - very unlike DC who tried to sell to that dodgy Italian. And I’m pretty sure the daft one doesn’t understand the implications of the regulator. He will continue thinking he is untouchable, like he always done. Just look at the deal with said Italian. He would never have passed a fit and proper person test. I’m looking forward to the day he is forced out, and I hope he is left with nothing.

I know of a guy who wouldn’t pass that test an he’s a club owner. Can’t say who due to NDA.

If Dejphon Chansiri were running a Thai public company the way he’s run Wednesday, regulators and family stakeholders would’ve intervened years ago. Based on that his family should declare him unfit, appoint a guardian and sell the club for him. It's not good for the club and it sure as hell isn't good for Chansiri's health either.
