Sending him several thousand white seats that spelt out his name. "Have these you fekker"
-
There is literally no point in the clubs wasting all this time talking to us if the EFL is just going to reject everything, surely??? What is going on haha! Seems ridiculous that we are talking about signing loan deals when we are simply not allowed?! Make it make sense.
-
Tbh the cameras for highlights are usually in the south stand. It would be pretty damming to see your name spelt clearly in white in a empty stand as you are the one who has let it fall into disrepair. Every image of the north stand with every negative news story will have his name plastered all over it..... I think leave it for all to see.

As believable as Chansiri is competent
-
Presuming so it they bought out the contract but that won't make sense financially especially given you can't over inflate sponsorship. They'd find a way to sponsor us in different ways for season 1 or whatever is left of the season ahead of plastering their preferred sponsor on us the one after.
-
To be fair you are right... Guilty. Less bickering with fellow fans. All emotions heightened for all in these precarious times and we should be coming together to get the charlatan out of our club. Hopefully this is our last year of his sponsorship decision making.

I was "mate"'ing back to a "rocket launcher" sent my way
-
It doesn't matter, he doesn't own us. Mate. Whether a random person is happy or not with who the idiot in the boardroom has picked for sponsorship this year is irrelevant. A man as successful as fertita won't give two sh 1 ts about it if he wants to buy us.
-
You've missed the point. I would love to have bubba gump plastered over the shirts but he's not our owner and isnt going to be for a few months yet if he has even made a bid. Let's say ITV get into financial trouble. BBC want to buy them and run their preferred adverts on ITV post takeover.... What should ITV do in the meantime? They will continue to run (however badly or unsavoury) their business and their preferred choice of adverts. Only once BBC have taken over would they make their changes. ITV would need still need to sell adverts and run as a business, that's all shirt sponsorship is! So yes absolutely we'd all love Fertitas company on the shirt but while he isn't in charge he has no say (unfortunately) and it's irrelevant if he's happy or not with Mr Vegas, we HAVE to sell shirt sponsorship now. We can't wait for a potential takeover months down the line to sell the sponsorship whether you, me or anyone else would prefer otherwise! Fertita, Textor or A N OTHER new owner would know this and want to see the money coming in!
-
I don't like the fact it's a gambling company however if we are led to believe that the takeover (if there even is one) will take a few months we've got to get some money into the club NOW for shirt sponsorship with the new season so close. You'd think new owners would understand the timescales involved and appreciate they can't really impact this unless it's extremely close which appears it isn't. We can only hope that next year's sponsorship is less controversial than a gambling company and hopefully more professional and profitable!!!

Sell Ibrox before I sell player

As a unfortunate member of the gang who paid stupidly high prices several months ago I'll be going as a season ticket holder. I've already paid for the product I might as well use it. Won't particularly look forward to going for the football but will enjoy spending time with friends and those around me who you say hello to etc etc. Will spend money in the local businesses, but will spend ZERO in S6. I'll be turning up 5 mins before kick off, taking my seat, joining in with any flyers/turning your back/Chansiri out chanting protests and leaving at the end that's it. I honestly don't think a huge boycott is the right thing to do. It will send a message but unfortunately the damage it would do to the completely unrelated businesses such as pubs sandwich shops burger vans and the like would be devastating to them. Season ticket holders should go, support local businesses, join in with protests and go home. Spend nothing at the club. I think we'll see a monumental drop in potg tickets and that is fantastic to putting the boot in on DC!! So I'm not really in any of the specified camps, rather an apathetic attendee who's already lost his money having a social, but no money at S6, day out.

What does Chansiri actually mean here?
kilbyj replied to @owlstalk's topic in Sheffield Wednesday Matchday
I don't care if he keeps some shares, he can keep 10% for me whatever as long as he's not a majority he won't have a say really. He can sit there and watch his name be removed from the stands and watch decisions made with out his input making even the slightest difference. Obviously in an ideal world he's gone completely but him holding a minority share is basically the same thing he'll just get some money annoyingly if we become successful. -
Also adding to this.... Public arguments are incredibly unprofessional, but in terms of us as fans..... These allegations are now out in public and if it escalates I wouldn't be surprised if this gets defamatory and then we'll get a lawsuit to prove who is lying.
-
He actually might be, just his best is absolutely abysmal

Chansiri is a clown and needs to sell the club. However I agree with some of the comments in here that this is a decent statement in terms of putting the ball back in the consortiums court and openly admitting he's open to selling and seemingly and at a more reasonable price. Not sure why people are only quoting the 5m fee either (which is ludicrous) however the statement goes on to say he would have accepted 2.5m which would have been refunded if a sale not concluded. Now we have to believe he would have stored that money safely so that it could be returned if no sale however that seems far more reasonable and in line with usual practice. Hopefully this opens the doors for other bidders as the us consortium seem to be a little unprofessional and chancers... As if yet we only know Shaw and Flanagan, there may be more serious players behind but for what we know so far not the most desirable outcome. And finally before anyone misconstrues this, CHANSIRI OUT. ASAP. He is killing our club.

What One Word Sums Up Our Current Situation ?

Seems a bit long game I'm not gonna lie

Very good question!!!! Let's hope it does

Everyone unfollowing petulant Att on all socials is very easy and I imagine would anger the little boy that daddy always provides for.
-
Yeah absolutely DC well and truly rogered us. Could have the Walton's come in with billions to spend but we'd only be in the free transfer market.
-
Fee paying embargo.
-
Apparently as soon as wages are paid the embargo is lifted. But we won't be allowed to pay a fee for a player for 3 windows regardless of ownership. Even if the Walton's came in.... Is what I can gather from reading everything
-
Embargo officially in place
