I think its disgusting if true that DC and the management at SWFC tried to scam the council and get the stand passed for this season under a fake construction company report who never visitedthe site or even came to the UK...Should be investigated and all involved sacked or charged with peoples safety..Hillsborough should be the safest ground in the country full stop!!....
