  1. Exactly this. Things need to step up a few notches.
  2. Not only is the placement terrible with the pinstripe running through it, they’ve even included the incorrect ‘thin’ back on the Owl. You can see the thickness tapers off on the back of it instead of being a consistent thickness. A few of us noticed this on the Owl used by the club on social media last year… but it looks to be actually on the shirt too. Complete amateur hour. Really annoys me stuff like this is done so badly.
  3. Wow. Without a shadow of a doubt we must be the worst run club in world football. Chansiri is well out of his depth on every level. I really hope Chris comes back one day, what a great bloke.
  4. Awful design. Awful neck. That, coupled with blue shorts... just another cheap looking Brighton kit. I think the main talking point though... £72 for a regular short sleeve adult shirt. We are talking Macron here... at a beleaguering Championship club. It's an absolute disgrace. I simply cannot stand Chansiri. This is a perfect example of him not understanding the club and its working class supporters at all. He's a scumbag of the highest order.
  5. I thought they were singing about Sunderland for 20 minutes of the first half. Still not a Scooby Doo what they were singing.
  6. Sheffield Wednesday (Taylor's Version) It's a yes from me.
  7. What an absolute charlatan. The sooner he leaves the better.
  8. Remember the entire Kop singing "if you've sh***** Posh Spice stand up" whenever he came across to take a corner. He got some abuse that's for sure.
  9. They were posting messages after on a WhatsApp group, proud of what they had done. Just total scum the pair of them.
  10. Awful news. Rest in peace Maddy.
  11. So by the time I've driven there and back, got a Beres sarnie each - we are talking well in excess of £100 just for me and my Dad to go and watch us play chuffing Ipswich. Nope. Another match missed. Sooner Chansiri leaves the better for me.
  12. The 70's minimalistic badge on its own (without the tacky modern shield of more recent years) is aesthetic and design perfection. It was one of the best badges in football, and the fact it was so simple made it even better. Bringing it back would be a huge success in the commercial department as well. There's a reason you see so many people shopping elsewhere - because they all identify with that badge. It was iconic and instantly screamed 'Sheffield Wednesday'. The current one just gets lost in a mix of 'meh' badges.
  13. Absolutely awful. Remember him well, especially the games against Spora Luxembourg and Southampton. Talented player. Part of the best Wednesday side I'll ever likely see. Very sad. Another one gone way too soon. Rest in peace Chris.
  14. A really sad day. I loved Trevor to bits. When he first came to Hillsborough he gave my Mum his shirt and signed it after his first season here. Needless to say it will always be a cherished family heirloom. He came to us at the end of his playing career but my god could he play. So very skilful and could whip a cross in as good as anyone I've ever seen. You knew when he came on he could turn the game. He gave us such amazing times as manager as well. His time here was my absolute favourite as a Wednesday fan. I'm so grateful for being able to watch him in the blue and white. One of my heroes. Gone way too soon. Rest in peace Trevor, and thank you for everything.
