I hated living in Teguise (2009), felt like the town life forgot compared to Carmen. Would still go back on a hotel holiday though if I got a good deal.

As said earlier I’d rather us stay at s6 Depends on cost benefit analysis as new owners will be looking at maximising revenue for the next 50yrs or so, plus also a bit of a possible vanity project.
