  1. He was the only Plymouth player to offer anything in that first game of the season and the only one who got irate at their abject display.
  2. Ingelsson from Saturdays team. Front 3 of Cissoko, Windass and Gassama.
  3. Looks a great player to me and am sure Röhl will get a tune out of him. Pretty sure he will be starting games once he is up to speed.
  4. Might not have been the biggest but Ipswich & Leicester away in Big Rons promotion season were something else.
  5. Hears the sad news this morning - my Grandads favourite player. RIP Don.
  6. Getting to the League Cup Semi Final with that team was a miracle. Remember the Villa away game - Dublin should have had 4 but missed the lot. Was like The Alamo.
  7. Blackburn - League Cup Semi Final I believe.
  8. Cheating generally refers to a centre forward loitering behind the defence in an offside position as general play goes on with the intention of then nipping back onside only as the ball is played forward. It is a pain in the arse as a centre back as generally you want your centre forward in front of you where you can see him. Means you spend the entire game having to have eyes in the back of your head as you attempt to hold a higher line and keep him offside or at the very least stop him from dropping your defensive line back to your own penalty box.
  9. Agreed - its laughable.
  10. Without him in some of those games at The Lane we would have lost by a cricket score.
  11. Can't buy Rochdale tickets tonight - Wednesday website not taking payment.
  12. Find it hard to believe that people actually support handing over everyones medical autonomy to the Government. That has to be the ultimate human right.
  13. Richard Mason - left back - Dronfield lad came through the ranks and ended up playing non league at the likes of Hednesford, Boston & Buxton.
  14. Decent bloke is John and a massive Wednesday fan to boot. They do a decent Sunday lunch in there too.
  15. Still a bully as recently as 2011 - likes it when the numbers are 5:1 in his favour like most 'hardmen'.
