  1. Coventry is on Sky on Sat Oct 4th - so to me that would be a good one to boycott
  2. Would be great if you could help local food and drink venues around Hillsborough who I’m sure would appreciate it.And not a pound in the ground please - Thanks for your support!
  3. No their tickets go on sale on Monday
  4. Sorry seems to be the hardest word - Elton John (DC mix)
  5. Yes I'm boycotting the match tonight, imo we have to see the bigger picture and the current state of the club and deprive Chansiri of funds. As a season ticket holder(which I bought in Jul 2023). I am still going to the league games and will keep protesting but not spending any money in the ground. However if the trust recommended I should boycott the league games then I would do, even the Sheffield derby.
  6. Going for 18k as cant see Swansea bringing many
  7. In the last accounts which was 31.07.2024 the average monthly number of persons (including directors) employed by the company during the year was 271.
  8. I have a season ticket until 2027.I bought mine after the play off final in June 2023.My view is I will still go to the games as Chansiri has already had my money but Im not spending anything in the ground like food, merchandise until he leaves.I will boycott the Leeds game and any cup games until he leaves.I took part in the protest on the park and will continue to protest joining in the anti Chansiri songs in the ground. Do I think it will work ? Hopefully the gates will continue to dwindle and the boycott of buying things in the ground will ultimately force his hand. However if the Trust wanted me to boycott games then I would do. Certainly I think they should be advising fans to boycott all home televised games on Sky either on Sat or midweek as this would make a massive visual impact. The bad news is that we will have to wait for the first televised league game which is not until Oct against Coventry.
  9. Season ticket holder boycotting Leeds game
  10. I agree - I think if the results carry on like the Stoke game, a combination of poor results, colder weather, lower away support like Swansea and QPR coming up.IMO its likely gates will fall below 20k.From October the Coventry and Middlesborough games will both be on Sky so certainly scope for a mass boycott of those games.
  11. inside for the game but not spending
  12. I have a season ticket until 2027.Chansiri has my money so I will still go to the games and protest but not spend anything in the ground until he goes. Will also go on the March and protest outside the ground before the game on Sat.If the trust suggest a boycott for any future games then happy to comply.
  13. Yes they can - plenty of food and drink available in the concourse so they will make plenty on beer and bratwurst.
  14. looked as though it happened to bolton back in 2019 https://www.espn.co.uk/football/story/_/id/37572178/bolton-players-boycott-rest-season-unpaid-wages
  15. At what point will Chansiri have to prove that he can fund the club into next season and provide a business plan - surely with the situation currently he will be unable to do that and the EFL would have to step in
  16. Exactly - what if when Danny Röhl signed the extension of the contract having had assurances of a good transfer budget from DC and possible improvements of training facilities only to find those assurances never materialised in the Jan transfer window - You would want out if that happened having been let down.
  17. Do we know for certain Danny wanted Ugbo ? For all we know Paixao may have signed him.Anyway lets hope he gets back firing on all cylinders next season.
  18. Was chatting about this to a mate the other day and for sure should DR go back to Germany I would definitely get over there and see a match Leipzig or whoever he is in charge of - Wouldn't discount a Bundesliga 2 club neither like Koln,Schalke,Hamburg Etc.Sure there will be many Wednesdayites that will want to have an away weekend in Deutschland.
  19. IMO I dont think standing with their backs to the pitch on 10 mins was advertised as well as it could been.Whilst it was on X/Twitter it wasn't mentioned on the Trust website like it was for previous games so that probably accounted for the much lower numbers involved in that this time. That said I took part in the protest in Hillsborough Park which I thought went really well.Big Thanks to the Trust and the volunteers who organised and helped with this - they did a great job and proud that many fans care about the club and showed their dissatisfaction at the current owner.
  20. at the start of the match
  21. Yes the march is definitely planned for Saturday from what was the Adelphi Hotel now the Crucible to Hillsborough - they are hoping for more people to join them in Hillsborough Park. They are liaising with police as regards timings so keep checking the Trust website for updates
