  1. Would anyone have a spare or be willing to sell me theirs? It was my son's first game and I forgot to pick up a programme
  2. What's this mean in terms of an actual attendance and in comparison to the Oxford game?
  3. What does this translate to in terms of attendance? More than the Oxford game?
  4. Has anyone sat right at the top of the family stand before? If so what's the view like? Just weighing up ticket options for Norwich
  5. What's the view like right at the top of the family stand for anyone that's sat there before?
  6. Likely the team next season will bare no resemblance to the one we have this year. I'd love to be optimistic but the season is a write off already, never mind January, little point loaning many players in for the duration of the rest of this season imo
  7. Can we blow torch the presto stand imprint while we are at it
  8. Absolutely, couldn't bring myself to sing his name yesterday, even if the sentiment was aimed correctly
  9. Any chance of painting over the Presto Stand wording while we are at it?
  10. I've sacked off visiting the father in law to go today. Thank God the wife was onboard
  11. Really intrigued how many seats got replaced
  12. I think anyone thinking we can mount a challenge in league 1 next season is somewhat deluded. We are 100% relegated this season, that was always a definite with the threadbare squad we have, the -12 just solidifies this. Next season in league 1, we will still have all the embargoes in place until 2027. Even if we have a rich new owner at that point we will still be restricted on wages and spending for some time. Plus, it's likely that the other large points deduction for Chansiri breaking every rule under the sun will be implemented next season rather than this one given we're already relegated this season. Let's just hope we avoid relegation from league 1 to 2 in 2026/27 rather than having aspirations of promotion. But generally, who cares? From today we have our club back. And from 2027/28 we're on our way back!
  13. Wait til the other points deductions come from all the embargoes
  14. Haha that's some optimism. We could well be in league 2 in 18 months. But quite frankly who cares as long as he's gone. Brighter days ahead
  15. Just bought tickets. Only my second match in 2 years. So excited
  16. Just bought tickets for tomorrow. This will be only my 2nd game since the Peterborough playoff semi. So excited!!!!!!!
  17. Thought same. Then interviewer said good luck and the response was "we need it"
  18. Many clubs are actually choosing to play their 17 year olds in their team this year. We have to resort to a 7 day emergency loan through fear of playing a goalkeeper who will be 19 next week. Give Stretch a run out, the season is already over.
  19. I'd rather us play kids than Otegbayo and Jamal Lowe, very clear neither have a career in football after they exit S6
  20. This thread is rubbing salt in your own eyes at this point
  21. How many more none playing staff have walked that we simply don't know about. I imagine there are lower paid personnel than the set piece coach for example, and probably because we've never heard if them, we just don't know they've walked already
  22. From the star: A front-line Sheffield Wednesday coach has terminated his contract at the club, citing the need to put his family first in what are continuing ‘difficult circumstances’ at Hillsborough. The former Swansea City and AFC Wimbledon figure arrived to S6 in September last year as a set piece specialist coach, with set piece analyst Ben King coming in alongside him into Danny Röhl’s backroom set-up. Parslow remained a senior member of staff under the management of Henrik Pedersen but has now left having resigned from his position on Monday. It comes at the outset of the current international break and amid the part-payment of staff for the month of September, with Dejphon Chansiri’s Wednesday having failed to fulfil their salary obligations to its workforce in five of the last seven months. Off-field chaos has clouded Wednesday for much of the year and the squad has been decimated by the enforced exodus of senior players.
