But all the current embargoes are for either owing money or have no proof of future funds. Don't see how club comes out of admin with a new owner and those are still relevant!??
-
We may well end up swapping places with Stockport, they came close last season and up near top this, so he might not want to go 'lower league'
-
Why would there still be a wage cap?? That restriction is from the old regime, how would admin process be successful if new owners were deemed to be lacking the funds to be unable to set their own wage budget??
-
Rovrum supposedly looking at Watmore, seems SWFC interest has cooled!?
-
On what grounds??, slandering their business reputation by falsely associating them with a shyte show like SWFC, .....yeah see your point
-
Are the FH team being held hostage!??
-
But to be fair, does it?. Not in anyway meant as anti WP. But in reality, yes they're filthy rich and yes they have a sporting interest, But they only bought Broncos 3 years ago, a completely different sporting environment, and have absolutely no experience, or frankly any proven interest, in English football. Just seems a bit of a fantasy illusion born of desperation from a vague distant rumour,as much as being based on anything concrete!

HP interview and Swfc write up in Danish
Chester Draws replied to Depeche's topic in Sheffield Wednesday Matchday
Not at all, merely that he's very much a baldly these days, so to see him with a full barnet is a bit weird -
Indeed pal, if possibly from behind the sofa come Sunday

The utterly bonkers thing is, if local journalists say Ashley or McEvoy are in, then that's fully accepted and endless pages of pro/anti MA, or I can't find McEvoys bank account on Google he looks dodgy to me pages run rampant. But when same previously respected sources go against an unsubstantiated narrative, they're talking ballox or part of a conspiracy of silence

Where did I say they 'know all 12'?? NDA's purpose isn't to keep interested parties anonymous, it's an agreement to keep quiet about sensitive business information. It's far, far more likely that professional journalists/sports reporters, who's daily working life revolves around local clubs, have much greater insight to the clubs behind closed door operations than a bloke on OT!
-
Respectfully, How do you know that conclusively??

Interesting read, especially his early days being around so many top level coaches. But...... Henrik with hair is proper freaking me out -
Wouldn't it be the council selling middlewood?, seeing as they own the land!??
-
Oof!!!, the joys of predictive *Fees* !

The 4 current embargoes are financial related, surely they all go once admin finished and new owner(s) in place? The feeling restriction one will be the toughie
-
Admin have said that the picking of preferred bidder will, in part, have to satisfy them that they'd pass the O&DT, so you surely have to assume, with admin being in contact with EFL, that'll be an approved 'checklist', before EFL's deeper dive!?

LIam Cooper is on his way to SWFC
Chester Draws replied to @owlstalk's topic in Sheffield Wednesday Matchday
Apparently not, just keeping fit on his own. https://www.nytimes.com/athletic/6807377/2025/11/17/liam-cooper-interview-ex-leeds-captain-on-life-as-an-unemployed-player/ -
Really can't see Cooper being considered match fit enough to start. Also wouldn't swap Valery & Fusire. Fusire looked a bit lost in midfield, he's looked a lot more comfortable as RWB

Ipswich are a top of championship side, they let him leave on a free. No championship side were so keen on him during transfer window to take him for nothing, he ended up in Kuwait, albeit very briefly!! . He's 34, can't see a host of clubs scrapping over his signature, reckon we'd have a very good chance come Jan', if HP were interested .

Don't particularly disagree with any of that. But, sometimes somethings are bigger than money, David Eric Hirst falls into that category, for me at least!!

I get where you're coming from, and very much agree, but Jos & Xisco deserve an honourable mention too!
