  1. This is why they’ve done it. TalkSPORT Notification. Doesn’t matter that it wasn’t hundreds/thousands. It’s Further exposure. As said in previous posts I don’t agree with it but hats off and respect to each of them who’s been willing to risk it to show their passion for the club. it’s a shame so many in the stands can’t stop themselves from going but also can’t get on board with how people want to protest.
  2. Got to respect everyone who’s willing to put theirselves on the line for the pitch invasion. If they do hope they’re supported by those who have been calling for it on X, as appose to just letting the certain few take the grief. Personally don’t think it’ll make much more of an impact than what’s already being done. My standpoint is the same as it’s always been. Stay away. Makes zero difference to that parasite at the top how extreme people get. The only way he leaves is if he gets forced to and the only way I see that happening is IFR or Winding Up - through lack of finances.
  3. For a group of blokes who know realistically they aren’t getting paid very shortly you can’t fault one of them. First half could/should have been more but either way a point against a side 3 wins on the bounce before today, can’t knock em. Brown is relentless up top, chases after everything. Really like the look of him. Weaver sad to see go off because so assured for a young lad. Amass just has that something extra you’d expect from a PL youth. Just missing a real goal threat but all in all a vital point I’d have took before kick off.
  4. Agree to an extent. Was a mistake but can’t fault them for wanting to follow their own Philosophy. for me to abandon the AI transfers as rapidly as they did and to abandon said philosophy, with their tail between the legs going back to CW, stinks of cluelessness. The type of rookie mistakes made I suppose though by a new owner, shame ours is 10 years in still making them
  5. Wilder due back imminently never hated a blades man more. Colin at least had a panto villain element to him. Find it embarrassing they’ve gone back to him. The Most short sighted decision in history.
  6. Today’s a stark reality of where we are and unfortunately not going to get any better anytime soon. Team is the best we can put out and it’s going to be a hard watch. Performance and effort levels shown at Leicester were always going to drop after a few defeats… just not got the quality. Obvious statement one man to blame. On my knees for Si to be right.
  7. Was looking forward to adding the son’s first ST alongside mine next year. Will have to wait, will buy the second it’s confirmed he’s gone.
  8. Totally understand why and how there needs to be multiple fan groups. Last thing anyone needs is people not having the inclusivity and support system these groups can offer. . . However . . . The self importance of some people within the groups - not all but some - is frightening. I thought the post from DR on X & the numerous whispers from all over, that we are basically back at square 1 with the takeover, would put a rocket up everyones arse in regards of the unity needed & the understanding/agreement in the demands the trust have laid out and why. Yet still so much feet dragging and debate it’s painful. Seen indirect posts clearly gunning at the Trust accusing them of agendas. What agendas are people so concerned about other than getting the man killing the club out. Pathetic. Get together with the singular aim of doing whatever limited things we can, to get him out.
  9. They can’t do much more than that. Perfect response. Be stunned if certain groups agree to standby the trust but then when it’s all said and done (whenever that may be) at least we can remember who wanted the power and who wanted genuine change.
  10. Class touch. Crazy how easy it is to do things right with the right people at the helm
  11. I know mate we’re all entitled to do whatever we think is right in getting him out. Seems to be the one thing everyone can agree on now at least. If he’s not bothered about money that’s fine - may lead to further dark stories, further people not getting paid (which is where its tough for this stance), players handing notices again etc - but eventually something will give. Whether that be New Avenue, HMRC or a winding up order, it’ll be taken out of his hands and he’ll get nowt in comparison to what he would if he wasn’t such a delusional helmet.
  12. Admire your positivity You’re right he’s lost an eye watering amount of money and it’s all been through his arrogance and defiance to listening to advice. 10 years now to make the right calls and every time he’s failed. So to me, the only way we as fans can do anything is to hit him in the pockets.
  13. Correct an abundance of poor financial decisions throughout his tenure but we’ve always been there to bail him out buying season tickets 8 months in advance or 3rd kits at £72 a pop without seeing them.
  14. Don’t appeal to his human nature the bloke doesn’t give a flyer about any single one of us. Being defunded is the ONLY way, In my opinion. All the stories throughout the summer of showing he has reached the point he hasn’t got the money to continue in his position. Whether that’s wages for Players/Staff, North Stand refurb, Suppliers not receiving money etc etc etc. The sooner he gets to having nothing the quicker it will be for someone to force this away from him.
  15. Totally agree. If it becomes a choice of having people support them for one night or people support the Trusts actions to ensure their futures, I know which way I’d be choosing in their shoes.
  16. your last sentence says everything that needs to be said. Nowt he says can repair/build bridges, so what’s the point.
  17. Partly glad. New signings are a false sense of security that things might be ok. Granted I know we need them more than anyone in the league but as todays/last nights shown through one win last night (as good as it was), people get softer with any positivity.
  18. Nail on head. People have got to look past any glimmer of positivity for the greater good. As much as I’m an advocate to getting behind the youth and giving them a shot, the only reason they’re promoted to the 1st team currently is the mismanagement of the club to have no second choices for positions. Fantastic to see them do so well last night but this is another valuable opportunity to publicly show DC up. Between Chansiri & Paixao they need starving out of the club at every opportunity.
  19. Earlier start than anticipated. Going to be a long day.
  20. Read similar but slightly different - Max Lowe, J.Lowe, Bernard, Iorfa, Chalobah, Ingelsson, Ugbo either way… absolute disastrous
  21. It’s gotten to a point that everyone possible is trying to force Chansiri’s hand - council, players, fans. FFS we’ve got to be nearing the point of him finally taking what he can get and going.
  22. Could be wrong but don’t agree. Not saying that I think a takeover is close but think the writing has been on the wall for a long time with this. DR coming back was purely for legal reasons and to save face in the eyes of future employers in my opinion.
  23. Rose tinted glasses but So many warning signs when u look back. 10 year season tickets, Season Tickets payable by cash, Club 1867, ticket/merch prices, 3rd kit a year before release etc etc.
  24. Totally agree & that’s what we’ve got to hope for - January comes with next to no renewals. Tragic init still can’t believe we’ve got to this point. I know it’s been bad a long time but Me and my lot held on until end of January & after that shambles was us done.
  25. Hope this is the same throughout the fanbase. It’s the only way to get him out, Drain him as far as we can. Be amazed if he bats an eyelid at any further protests but cutting that cash stream will put pressure on.
