I have a mate that’s a big Wednesday fan so I hate seeing something like what you’re going through. A few things I’ve picked up on that I wanted to add this morning but I had to wait for my account to be verified. - Protest. do everything you can. Bad publicity is still publicity. One thing you guys haven’t done enough is get your point across. Most people I speak to or see online don’t even know your situation. You might get mocked and ridiculed, some pundits and commentators might not like it but feck them. You need to do more. - DO NOT THINK ALAN NIXON IS A CREDIBLE SOURCE. The bloke knows feck all about 99% of what’s going on in football. He has several contacts at clubs that feed him chunks of info, the rest is testicles. It’s all agent talk and whatever lets him keep his job pretending to be a journalist. This goes for most headline journalists. - If you know somethings happening, no you don’t. Genuine businessmen move in silence, you won’t even know what’s coming until it’s 99% done. When Knighthead took over at our place most people thought it was Maxi Lopez and some funny looking bloke that were literally standing in the car park at our stadium and paid for a tour of the stadium so they could make it look like they were completing a deal. - It’s going to be fine. You might struggle next season, but you’ll be fine in the long run. Serious bidders will wait until the final moment to get the cheapest deal. It’s going to look rough. The villa ******** couldn’t even afford to keep the website up, they were 48 hours from going bust and then some daft ******** saved them. The later it gets, the better the deal will be for you, I’m certain of that. - the bloke that butters the bottom of his crumpet is weird. Good luck lads
