  1. If the owner can’t or won’t fund the club. The IFR won’t be interested in City or Newcastle or any other for human rights issues, they’ve already said they’re only interested in financial aspects.
  2. I find it amazing how people can read something and come to a conclusion that bears no resemblance whatsoever to the document they’ve just read. Where on earth does it say they have ‘no powers’ in that article?
  3. Bit different - the supporters trust aren’t a prescribed terrorist organisation.
  4. If we are truly trying to starve him out, surely a strike would be the best thing that could happen? No game would mean no ticket revenue and I would assume a refund to anyone who had a ticket for the game?
  5. If I were a player in that Wednesday dressing room tonight, after all that has gone on in the past 6 months, I’d be checking my mobile banking app at 7:44pm tonight and if my wages weren’t in, I wouldn’t take to the pitch. Simple as that.
  6. Does this suggest he’s covered the loan repayment and whatever is left over is being distributed? If that wasn’t the case, I would expect no payments whatsoever.
  7. Ignore everything and everybody else. The boycotts are working.
  8. If he did have it, why would he not tell the EFL he has it? You’re right in the sense that it doesn’t definitively prove it, but I think we can certainly draw some inferences from it. The most likely reason he isn’t demonstrating to the EFL he has the funding is that he hasn’t got said funds.
  9. Fair play. Thanks for the info. mate I remember you saying about a storm.
  10. Or something has substantively changed ie the boycotts are biting or a loan company has called in a larger proportion of their debt perhaps?
  11. It would appear so. All hail Bizzle.
  12. Can you expand on the payment plan?
  13. Mate, he’s a dead man walking. I will be astounded if there isn’t an agreement by the 30th September.
  14. If Chansiri was trying to convince anyone he could carry on and/or has secured new funding, this puts that negotiating position to bed. Similarly, this won’t help in his attempts to persuade the loan company to roll the loan over. The walls are closing in, fast.
  15. Very impressive
  16. I’m confused too mate - why would this equate to an embargo on the club though?
  17. Hold on - ‘in the context of a takeover bid’
  18. That’s exactly what he said. Looks like the numbers support that notion.
  19. But we didn’t already know it. We had suspicions and speculation. This confirms it and therefore helps to understand a) his motives and b) the best methods to get him out of the club.
  20. ‘We have pressed the EFL for transparency and they have confirmed that some, if not all, of the source of owner funding has been via loans. However, we have been unable to get clear answers about the proportion of loan funding, who the lender(s) is/are, or the size and terms of these loans.’ Interesting
  21. I say, where’s this come from? I’m basing my statement on another document posted on here showing the money was loaned to SWFC - I’ve never seen the above. I could well be wrong but was basing it on a document.
  22. Why does this guy keep starting threads saying nobody has thought about things that pretty much everybody has thought about
  23. Correct. You originally said Sheffield 3 owes the money. They don’t.
  24. You’ve got this completely wrong mate unfortunately. Sheffield 3 are guarantors of the loan with the stadium as security. The lender can’t call in the loan from Sheffield 3, they will call in the loan from SWFC and if they fail to pay, they can take the stadium. Interestingly, Chansiri is also a guarantor of the loan personally so they can also pursue him.
