  1. The new owners will have to deal with the transfer embargo until 2027. That’s not going away and we’re going to be limited in who we can bring in, although hopefully not to the extent we are now.
  2. These players had every right to drop tools and no one would blame them. They run through brick walls for Henrik, a manager who has been operating with both hands behind his back. nonsense to talk about replacing him.
  3. Are we still talking about honeymoons and love experiences here?
  4. someone had to make space for our brand spanking new downhill stadium didn’t they?
  5. I remember visiting there for the first time and it turned out to be its very last day of business. It was burnt down to the ground by the next morning. … might be for the best if I don’t get a ticket.
  6. Cooper isn’t match fit, he’ll be a second half sub at best.
  7. Just came up on my YouTube feed. Apologies if this has been posted before: https://m.youtube.com/watch?v=hyJlKZeDDGA
  8. The guy who runs the little Wednesday museum on Kelham Island was telling me and and my dad that he approached the club about doing it as an official thing, but surprise surprise Chansiri wasn’t interested. maybe that could be put right when the new owners come in.
  9. Tried to sign him for us on Football Manager last night. Wasn’t bothered as soon as he found out our wage restrictions. it’s a bust.
  10. I don’t think it needs to be open every day, just the weekends. If they could screen the away day matches it’d work but I think copyright laws prevent that, but even if they didn’t they’d probably make money from fans leaving the game or people coming back on coaches from the away game.
  11. Danny had managed the great escape in year 1 and consolidated us in year 2. With a somewhat competent running of the club we would have been challenging for the play-offs this year, but we all know why we’re relegation certainties instead don’t we?
  12. Me and my best mate thought we’d pop down to the ground earlier. Bought a few things in the shop and were intending to spend a few hours in the tap but it was closed. surely we’re leaving money on the table by not having it be open on away days? not everyone can travel or has a ticket. I’m sure that the place would still get decent business, especially now they do food and have sky in there.
  13. Everyone whose been going back to the games and spending money on the club elsewhere give yourselves a pat on the back
  14. I’d imagine it totally depends on a player’s personality. Some will be up for it, others wil wilt in a big atmosphere and vice versa.
