  1. I don’t think I have ever been so unwound up for a derby. i honestly can’t see us winning as our home form is so bad, but they aren’t that good either. I think it’s about the bigger picture now. fingers crossed we are on the verge of a very bright future, hopefully revolutionary they know that and they are terrified at the start of the season we all knew we were already relegated and they thought they were going up. They must be shell shocked Hope we win tomorrow obviously but it’s all about the future for us now though
  2. No doubt someone will moan because of their obsession with crappy politics
  3. Thanks The Bizzle Appreciate your update. Fingers crossed
  4. We know that pigs come on here...... i wonder what they think, that our fans are genuinely concerned about sitting underneath them (based on several very bad experiences from them). If they have anything about them, they should be hugely embarassed that this is the (true) impression we have of them. What an utter embarassment they are
  5. I’ve just about got over it now (40 years later ). Absolutely gutted that day as someone else said, a fantastic day out spoiled by football. One of the best days ever until their second goal. Other games that still pee me off are that bloody Chelsea game 4-4 (it took me 30 years before I could even watch that again on YouTube and still felt sick seeing it) that Huddersfield 4-4 game also still annoys me. At least that all turned out good at the end of the season
  6. Totally agree. I’ve had the pleasure of meeting Mel and he is such a massive Wednesdayite (and he absolutely hates the pigs). genuine honest Sheffield lad
  7. If we are getting nearly 30,000 at home and selling out every away match, when we are guaranteed relegation, with a compulsory depleted squad, then any investor will see that this club can explode with just some limited success. Add to that 25 years of miserable failure through mismanagement and neglect. Poor home facilities and a hostile, fan unfrienfly owner for ten years! Just look at how we sold 40,000 in london for a third tier plag off game! (Pigs can onlydream of numbers like that) This club has MASSIVE potential. Its all there waiting for the right owner
  8. Yes. Still smells of sweat from the player too
  9. 22-23 made a 32m loss 23-24 not sure. See below, either a 8m profit or 7m loss, although theyre quted as 2.3m profit elsewhere, so God knows "Football finance expert Kieran Maguire simplified the complex financial details, explaining that the club itself recorded a £7 million operating loss. However, a £15 million write-off from Blades Leisure Limited meant that, without this adjustment, the club would have actually posted an £8 million profit. This marks a major improvement compared to the £32 million loss recorded during their 2022/23 promotion season." Their last accounts also shows over 30m owed in bank loans. Does anyone know if this means they are ok re ffp, or if they are b*ggered? Also after this current season their parachute payments are finished,so zero for next season
  10. We got tickets in that main stand. Mix of Owls and Spora. id waited my whole life ( I was 20 lol) to see us in Europe I cancelled holiday to Vancouver as I didn’t want to miss it. absolutely amazing trip. Night in Brussels then to Luxembourg. That big square packed full of Owls was amazing. night in Lux after dreaming of who we’d play in the next round wow you know what…. With the takeover, I think stuff it, I want the full SW revolution now. I want us back in Europe again and in cup finals where we belong! even if it does mean being sat with South Korean football tourists
  11. Get lower Lep on sale SWFC. id imagine better seats and sitting together will encourage more sales
  12. If people buy us who wil " revolutionise" us, as reported, i think we will be looking at a new stadium
  13. I think if we beat them, he will be gone. i can’t see him surviving losing to us, given the situation we are in
  14. Must be honest, that bothered me too. is it just highest bidder wins? if so you’d hope it’s the “wealthiest “ would have best chance of winning
