IMO, the size of the points deduction will determine if a take over does or doesn’t happen. No one In their right mind would pay an already inflated price for a club on -10/15 points and essentially a league 1 club. Based on the EFL statement It seems like they know this, and said they would be looking to expedite any sale should a buyer come along.
