    He is only trying to make it look as though he is selling the club. He has got zero intention of selling us. By entering NDA’s it allows him to avoid talking about it, even a company that no longer wishes to pursue a deal, wouldn’t be allowed to talk about not pursuing it.

    Wouldn’t get a loan as the shares aren’t worth much and they’d be too much risk. He’d have to secure it against something more inline with his family’s shares/ or whatever assets they have as a guarantor.

    Nope. He turned the bids down as he wants more money. He needs to realise he doesn’t have the capital to increase its value, and that value is only going to decrease. If he doesn’t sell for the market price he’s going to regret it.

    Accountants are an odd bunch. They would enjoy every minute of it lol. It’d be one massive circle jerk between the two dozen you’d need to get through them all.

    Probably doesn’t want to sign an NDA so it’ll be in the media how much people are bidding. I think that’s being generous though. It wouldn’t surprise me if he has no idea what an NDA is.
