  1. In light of the boycotting, should we see this as a positive thing or success? That we've caused or contributed to it.
  2. Question is..if a 4 stand stadium has the corners filled in, does it become a soulless bowl?
  3. I used to feel guilty if I missed a match, now I feel like this...
  4. Would probably be in s9 where land is cheaper and be part of a wider redevelopment
  5. So many stories out there of gambling companies withholding winnings from punters. I only like betting small stakes for fun.
  6. Milan Manadric was a master manipulator, who frequently lied about ambitious plans for the club. In essence he bought us for nothing and flipped us for a large profit to any crook that would pay. He didn't invest in any infrastructure and has no lasting legacy. He recently reamerged with some bull mission statement and disappeared without explanation.
  7. I think they replaced owls in the park with sausage fest this year
  8. His dad lives at Outibridge, probably for the best
  9. I'm not attending any matches until he's gone, but I won't be letting the fact that 30k fans don't all have the exact same opinion as me, affect my mental health. There's only one person responsible and because he's not here, fans are turning on each other.
  10. The fans of this club are amazing, some of the best in the land and we'd do well to remember that. My view is that the fanbase are conditioned through 25 years of disappointment to expect very little in terms of tangible success. Deep rooted into our psyche is the keep calm and carry on mentality, born out of apathy, caused by consistent mismanagement. In only my 2nd season following Wednesday I took part in the black balloon protest in 2004, running onto the pitch with my protest leaflet. After that game, fans congregated outside the directors entrance under the south stand and things were very heated. The door was attacked with barriers that were thrown as well fans trying to pull the doors open to get inside. Eventually mounted police moved in and the protest was dispersed. The problem isn't that the fans have changed, they haven't. The problem is the club hasn't changed, except to only get worse.
  11. Season tickets are counted, even if they don't go. Nobody knows how many went today.
  12. How does pre paid season ticket holders attending have a negative effect on the not a penny more protest? How does zero attemdance influence an owner who doesn't care what anyone thinks?
  13. I wanted him gone in 2023, not as strongly as now though. Previous to then, I was hoping for 2016 to return aka the best I've ever seen us.
  14. After the 15 wilderness years pre Chansiri, Chansiri was seen as our best and only chance to get back into the premier league. Some fans have held onto that view for too long but i don't think there's many out there now. There's been a diminishing hope that 2016 will return. I'm not sure all those who criticise the things you mention are chansiri supports, that's a pretty broad brush. Maybe some of them are though
  15. I don't think its as binary as people make out. I used to fully support chansiri until just after 2020, then I could take him or leave him. In 2023 I thought It was time for him to leave. January this year I started to believe that him selling up had to happen immediately as he was taking us backwards.
  16. Anyone thought about who'll they'll support when this is over?
  17. Facts can be supported with evidence. There's no evidence that it would work and based on what we actually know including traits of Chansiri's character, there's a strong argument also that it wouldn't work.
  18. The idea on here that if fans don't go then chansiri will leave is oversimplified and a bit naive to assume. If you don't take your children to Hillsborough and they go to Bramall Lane with another relative, is it worth losing fans on a half baked principle. Chansiri literally doesn't have money to run the club, there's been no match day income since April/May and he's still here!! In August!!! Why anyone assumes that he'll leave if fans don't go is beyond me.
  19. I don't think it's going to happen. Can't see anyone paying money for a club that basically needs a new stadium and training ground. It's way too much for most potential buyers with the exception of the mega rich. We'll have to wait until we go into administration. I genuinely think this is the beginning of the end. As things stand why would anyone buy us over any other championship club, I can't think of a reason.
  20. The way this seasons going to pan out, it doesn't really matter in the scheme of things. I suppose its better for ffp rules if a new owner comes in because this seasons loss will be close to nothing.
  21. POG has been poor for years, when I worked at the club as a subcontractor on match days in 2022, home POG was as little 50-200 most games.
  22. Great stuff, should be ready to give Leicester a good game now in 2 weeks ......... dilapidated ground, poor training facilities, fruitless academy (until very recently), no team, 2nd best in a 2 club city on every front. Are we a too bigger project and beyond buying?
