  21. According to google.... Two parties can put a company into Administration. It can either be the directors/shareholders of the company or a secured creditor that holds a qualifying floating charge. In practice, that's usually the bank (ie not HMRC) As far as Im aware, they have to apply to court for it, like a winding up order... which will not be done in a day??
