Only applies to cup games. After 90 minutes, each team dugout has to display a red or green flag. Red means we want to stop and go to penalties, Green means we want to play on. When addedd time has finished, ref looks at flags: Both green, keep playing, change ends every 15 minutes. Anything else, (one or two reds) go straight to penalties. Teams can change their flag anytime, but play only stops when ball goes out of play. Discuss.
