Coventry were too good for us last season when we had a half decent side, this season it's more like a cup tie for them against a team 2 levels below. They'll be disappointed if they don't manage at least 4 or 5.

All those stood clapping in the stands have probably just got those that bothered running on a life time ban for not following them.

Didn't like how his tenure here ended but what a player he was for us, those games at Villa and Newcastle stand out as games he absolutely bossed. A cut above, be a while before we have a pair like him and Hooper again.

They should refuse to play, starting tonight.

Don't think he's bothered about working at the highest level, strikes me as the sort who just wants to turn up to work and enjoy himself knowing he's making a difference. Fair play to him, would like to think he'd be more than happy to come back once we've got our club back.

I've never known owt like it. The bloke is one spiteful c**t.

If this whole situation has one positive it's the fact we're getting to see some of these young lads develop, a couple of them really don't look out of place at this level.

Think they both deserve credit for the work they did/are doing in slightly different circumstances. We'll probably never really know how good Pedersen is as I don't think he'll ever have a proper squad at his disposal whilst he's here.

I know this season is a write off but results like this we can celebrate for the players, they've done us proud today. Delighted for Brown, he looks a decent player and will be hoping to score a few more this season.

Bit too slow on the ball for me, if he can lift his head up and pick his pass a bit quicker I think he'll go on to be a decent enough player. Comes with confidence though and this season is going to be far from ideal for building any of that up.

Can't moan at Grimsby bringing loads and lining Dejphons pockets when we've got 3,500 of our own doing it unfortunately. Other clubs fans don't owe us owt, not everybody is going to go out of their way to help us. That said, I do find it amusing this narrative some in the media are trying to push that they've just claimed another big scalp, suppose it makes for a less exciting story when you take a look at our lineup.
