By the way Musaba has gone to Rizespor for £800k and Gass to Rangers.
-
You can still be there and not lead training! Didn’t say he wasn’t there.
-
Yes he did, as they wanted to sign another player and only had enough budget to sign one more. That fell through so went back for him.
-
Not at all, believe what you want, if I was talking bullshit I would have posted a lot more before now. I know people want to believe that Danny is a good guy but believe me he’s not.
-
Still here pal!!
-
Yes, Textor/Richards
-
Textor/Richards
-
Looks good for the cameras doesn’t it!

I’m the new Jack Nicholson ‘You can’t handle the truth’
-
The takeover is definitely going through but it’s the Textor/Richards joint bid. Danny has been advised by his legal team to announce that he’s ready to come back to strengthen his case. It will cost the new owners but they don’t want him so will have to pay them off.
-
They don’t
-
They’ve announced that but believe me that isn’t the case. It’s a 12month contract as Manager
-
One of my sons is a player so can’t tell you who I am. I can also say that Röhl refused to take training for the last 5 weeks of last season and this is when the relationship with the players broke down.
-
No, he’s signed as Manager and this is just a legal move by Röhl after finding out that had happened. He’s not coming back, the players nor the new buyers don’t want Röhl back.

It's his Dad who's called Stacy, He's been involved in football for 30 years from coaching in academy to non league clubs and has a lot of contacts in the game. I know he's best mates with a certain Mr Wilder so I wouldn't right off what he says to be honest.
-
He’s never been at Wednesday academy, was at Sheffield United as a kid up to 13 then played local, went to Brighouse at 17, had a trial at Wednesday but deemed not ready then recommended to Wednesday again at 19, trialed again then signed 3 months later when he was 20.

Yes Chansiri has to sign off the offers to the lads that are being kept. It should have been signed off last week but I presume he had other 'pressing matters' so they were told it would be signed off by Tuesday morning. The lads were in anyway doing a recovery session after Mondays game, however others who are out on loan had to go in. It's a joke that he doesn't trust anyone in the club to sign anything off. #EnoughisEnough

Motivation will be low as well and you could tell Hull wanted it more. Jack Hall and Puthi have both been told they can trial at other clubs. Reed going to Scarborough for rest of season, Bucan been trying to get out on loan but with Wednesday asking for full wages for all there loan players no one is going to pay that step 3 or 4 where he needs to play for experience.
-
Just heard today from inside the club that Chansiri has vetoed it and it’s why he’s no longer training with us.
-
He was going out on loan in August to a league club but got injured, they’ve been trying ever since to get him in the national league as it’s outside the window because he’s far to good for U21’s. 3 teams have been in for him but walked away from negotiations because of chairman’s demands. The Boston deal has been going through for 7 days and only went through because again the chairman backed down. There have been enquiries already from L1 and L2 clubs for January loan. I think he is good enough and the only reason he’s not been involved is because Max and Marv haven’t been injured. I watched the game last night and he was a different level when he came on. Let’s wait and see before dismissing someone eh!
-
Just heard Sam Reed going to Boston United on loan. Be a good move for him and gets him in the shop window for a loan in Jan to a league 1/2 club.

Its difficult to predict what would or wouldn't have happened, but I would say being at Blackburn rather than us gave him a better chance. I'm in a privileged position that I get to see every U21 game as I scout for other clubs as well as Wednesday, and yes as a Wednesday fan I always go to them first with players. However Wednesday's Academy is miles behind others in Facilities and coaching. Facilities one is an obvious one but the coaching one is less so. I'm not saying the coaches are rubbish by the way they are not, there are some very good coaches, I know that they don't do individual coaching or even in units (strikers, midfield, defence) due to the fact that they don't have enough coaches to split the groups up. I believe this has been a frustration for Steve Haslam and also one of the reasons he's moving on. The academy gets no support what so ever and recruiting is even harder. Take Sam Reed for instance. There were a few clubs interested in him all offering better money and facilities lower in the league than us as well. He only chose Wednesday because of his desire to play for the clubs he supports and that Brighouse Town who they signed him from were very generous in letting him go for nothing as Chansiri told them if they didn't the deal was off the table for Sam, they obviously didn't want to stand in his way. If this was another kid he would have gone elsewhere. Rio Shipston is another example, At 15 he was a better prospect than Arblaster, I know kids develop different but I don't think he has been handled well by the club at all. He should be out on loan and I know they've had offers but due to the low numbers in the group they can only let so many go out on loan. Danny Röhl's remit was to double the U21's numbers this season so he could utilise taking the U21's into the first team training making sure they had enough left so Andy could still have enough for a session and we were tasked to bring players in. It's proving very difficult to attract players released from other clubs because of Wednesday's poor reputation and a unwillingness to pay them a basic wage. Because of the above, players are not progressing as they should because training with the first team would bring them on hugely and Wednesday are missing out by letting some of the talent we have stagnate in the U21's. Sorry for the long post, I'm a passionate Wednesday fan who only wants to see us improve.

Yes totally agree, Reed is always so calm on the ball as well, he’s just unfortunate that Lowe and Johnson are not getting injured as I’m sure he would be involved more, I heard Wednesday had refused him a loan to the national league in case of injury so can’t be far off. Shipston has so much ability but sometimes lets himself down with his lack of work rate and I know that’s why he’s been sometimes benched. Wednesday need to let him go out on loan as well as like you say, playing with better players will bring him on massively. -

Excellent win today against a Burnley side who have won there last 7 games. We were poor first half though, work rate non existent and Chalobah was one of the main culprits with a watching Danny Röhl as well who wouldn’t have been impressed. Our hold up play was lacking and the front 3 got bullied. Second half much improved with Shipston coming on and looking back to his best, he’s been letting games pass him by recently but today really took it by the scruff of the neck. I thought Reed stepping in from centre back and driving forward to start two of the moves for the goals was excellent again. Moses was better when moved to the central role after Brown was taken off and think this should be his natural position. -

Lad can certainly finish, however his all round game is poor. They really need to work on his back to goal stuff and his work rate out of possession, but if they get that right he could be special.
