  1. 34000 in Hillsbrough belting out Hi Ho at the top of their voices takes some beating. When 22224 are lacking in motivation, not so much.
  2. As sad as I am to read of his passing, the same thought crossed my mind. RIP Milan.
  3. No. Maybe Henrick has his limitations or maybe he doesn't. He's not a rat that deserted a sinking ship and clearly has those guys playing for him. If we get taken over and we can hire the players and coaching staff that match the ambition of said new owners, I hope he isn't poo on and cast adrift.
  4. A protest that delays kick off would be better and once the match has started, any further protest is kept off of the pitch. As long as SWFC, CCFC, their respective fans and the game officials are kept in the loop and they all know they'll be safe, eff Sky and the EFL.
  5. Thomas the Tank Engine went out last night and by the end of the night was steaming as were Gordon, Henry and Percy. The Fat Controller dropped his kebab, picked it up and continued to eat it while quoting the "Three second rule" They all agreed that what happens on a night out, stays on a night out and subsequently the good folk of Mordor were none the wiser. Ringo Starr found it funny but Rev. W. Awdry didn't.
  6. As much as I hate the situation, it's brought out things that have impressed me. Bannan. Pederson. The young 'uns stepping up. The way they played at Birmingham and defended like their lives depended on it would've got us the play-offs last season. Ok, that might be a stretch but I think we'd have definitely been closer.
  7. Given the different circumstances of the two sides, I’m proud of our lads.
  8. Reyt player. As much as it pays me to say this, our current situation has forced us to unearth some effing reyt gems.
  9. He had his moments today, mostly good and the odd bad. Effort was there so fair play.
  10. I voted Iorfa. Bannan and Amass were fantastic highlight reel stuff but Iorfa seemed to be in the right place at the right time when he needed to be. At the same time, Max Lowe was his usual subtle yet effective self.
  11. Seems like far longer ago than it actually was. My daughter went to Wembley with me, she was 8 and we were in League One. It was the day before her birthday so she turned 9 before we got home and we were also in the Championship. Something she mentioned herself. And the momentum we should've had after the Hillsborough Miracle and 120+3? I'll say no more.
  12. I agree, but at the same time it is good to see that we've got some good prospects in the wings.
  13. Dom has his attributes like pace but when he receives the ball, its like he's got his boots on but still in the box they came in. I don't dislike him but think he's League One stuff. That said, you can't say he's not a tryer. I noticed Weaver looking around and trying to marshal the team and not being afraid to get stuck in. Looks a good prospect to me.
  14. Some players didn't have their best games today, no two ways about it. But given the dire situation they're in, I will cut them some slack if the effort is there. Ref clearly delayed kick off as he'd forgotten about his contact lenses and needed to take them out.
  15. Letter "N"? If so, you must sit near me. I sit on a white one about 6 rows down from theirs.
