  1. I think this is a bit harsh on Iorfa. He can be a decent player, and in the right team get forward well. I think he needs to play alongside an all in centre back though. Perhaps the wrong starting line up today...
  2. Agree. That's a great sum up of the day.
  3. Start Cooper and put Iorfa up front instead of Ugbo.
  4. Agree, couple of good moves ended with him miscontrolling. Very frustrating
  5. Yeah I realised that as I posted. But he's that good I want to dream. New owners should be looking at players like him
  6. But we didn't play direct. I even had some sympathy for Ugbo. We pussyfooted around at the back, then ended up trying forced passes through a midfield that we don't really have.
  7. To add some optimism, Amass looks great. Keep players like him next season and we'll be right back
  8. Think he's been okay today. Yes mistake for first goal, but one of the few to initiate anything.
  9. We could have a decent five a side team. He wouldn't be in it
  10. Nothing s impossible (though it's not very likely). But why so many escapes at Hillsborough? Because we put ourselves in the position in the first place or does the club inspire them?
  11. What I want them to do. Keep him. He's shown an understanding of the club, the team and kept us pretty competitive under the circumstances. Feels like part of this club as we move forward. What they will do, no idea.
  12. Hard to be critical of the players as long as they are giving it their all, which on the whole they are. They need to feel the positivity from the fans so they don't lose heart. Some of the young players are great prospects for the future.
  13. Thanks for reminding about the clapping on 10 mins. If missed the thread about this originally
  14. Just posting to put this back near the top because I missed it earlier so maybe others dod too.
  15. Investment in youth?
  16. Ooh just heard this and got pretty excited. Then read about the Chansiri name on seats being removed already and got really really excited
  17. Hmm... firstly we need to at least take some interest in "footballing" matters or we'll all go crazy. And we have a lot of players... senior pros and youngsters fighting against the odds and frankly making us proud. I agree there is often too much negativity in the circumstances about their "abilities '...but this season we can only applaud the heart shown. But I think it's fair to question a player if they don't seem to be contributing.
  18. Oh well. Never mind. We've got Brown to come back
  19. Oh, just read the above posts. So that's a no
  20. Those watching, has Ugbo shown any promise now he's been given decent minutes? Would be a worthwhile evening if out of this challenging match we could at least re-find a lost striker
  21. I thought we're meant to be starving him of funds but people are saying he's got plenty to pay off his debts if he wants to? Or is this a cash flow thing?
  22. To answer the OP, no.. Glasgow's a lovely city. Pretty sure they had hair dryers in the hotel I stayed in. And German is closer to the dialect than English so he'll be able to communicate fine. Anyway if he goes there I wish him well
  23. I'm also in the dark as to what point deductions are coming and when. I don't think it's fair on us or other teams to have this uncertainty. Without a significant point deduction it would be a tall order anyway for us to stay up for reasons stated in the thread already. But we've performed miracles before and the team has already exceeded expectations. So I understand the OPs point because it's nice to be given something to hang out hopes on. The main thing though is to still some semblance of a team and team spirit when we emerge from the Chansiri hole. So let's keep positive about the efforts the lads are putting in
  24. We all love haddock more than tuna
