My opening post could’ve been better yes. I am happy to take criticism and feedback. But please stop with the we cannot ever question whether a pundit gets things wrong angle and shooting down anyone who dare say don’t believe everything you listen to.

I do know that yes. Just saying he is human and gets some info muddled at times. I could also say is this where we pile on anyone who dare say a pundit gets things wrong sometimes?

As a qualified accountant myself I find he sometimes gets things wrong. In fairness to him that is sometimes because he gets muddled and doesn’t know our specific stuff as he isn’t following us night and day.

It would of course be down to the lease agreement which we don’t have sight of. Commercial leases generally require the tenant to carry out repairs. Not sure if that would include structural repairs however?

I think some kind of statement to give us an outline of how he is moving forwards would be helpful. I am working with the council and contractors to get the safety certificate for the ground. I am using a broker / legal people to help me sell the club. Nothing is agreed as yet but I am hopeful that an agreement can be reached in the near future. I have sold players to help ensure that day to day running costs are brought up to date.
